Terms and Conditions for Artists

This is a website for desirous artists and creative people who want to display their art work in the form of paintings, sculptures, murals, craft work, art material, other artistic things, portfolio and profile. For the promotion, sell and publicity of your Artworks you can join this Website and online gallery.
You can get registered by paying Rs.500 by Demand Draft, Cross Cheque in favor of 'Art N Heart Gallery' or can be paid online to our bank A/c Name: ART N HEART GALLERY Bank : ICICI Bank Ashok Nagar Branch a/c No. 024105500868 and IFSC Code : ICIC0000241 4,Anjani Plaza Ashok Nagar Bhanwar Kua Nain Road Indore -452001 (M.P.) INDIA or to the following
After registration 5-12 images of your work along with passport size photo and brief bio-data must be sent on the above mentioned address.
Selection or rejection of your art work/profile will be done by our respective panel which will be final and binding. Registration fee is non refundable.
Once you get registered, you can show us the images of your work 4 times in a year. In case your work does not get selected in a year than the registration has to be done again.
Registration fee is payable only once if your work gets selected for the website.
If the art work gets selected Rs.2000/- annual fee is payable apart from the registration fee. Annual fee has to be paid on time. You can send it by a demand draft, cross cheque in favor of 'Art N Heart Gallery' or pay online to our bank A/c Name: ART N HEART GALLERY Bank : ICICI Bank Ashok Nagar Branch a/c No. 024105500868 and IFSC Code : ICIC0000241 4,Anjani Plaza Ashok Nagar Bhanwar Kua Nain Road Indore -452001 (M.P.) After the deposition of annual fee 5-12 images of your work along with passport size photo and brief bio-data will be displayed on the website.
On deposition of the annual fee, your full name, address, email id, address proof /photo ID and complete and clear details about your original art work like- 1.Title 2. Medium 3.Size 4.Price 5.Place of signature 6.Detail about the frame or if the canvas is rolled 7.Dimensions of sculpture, its weight etc. has to be provided. Images sent must be of high resolution.
Price of art works will be decided by the Artists and 33% commission to the Art N Heart Gallery is payable by Artist. Rest of the amount will be paid to the artist only after the buyer gets satisfied. Taxes, packaging charges, handling charges, money transfer and money conversion charges etc .will be decided by the gallery and it will be added to the prices decided by the Artists.
Artist has to pay the charges for frame and stretcher if the painting is not framed/stretched.
If the Art work gets sold, the artist/organization ought to provide the art work within 3 days to get it delivered to the buyer. The concerned person will be responsible to send the art work on time and own expenses at the following registered H. O. address- Art N Heart Gallery 56, Ashok Nagar, Bhanwar kua Main Road, Indore-452001(M.P.) India.
In case the artist/organization fails to send the sold art work on expected time limit (other than a valid reason), then the complete contents of that artist/organization are the subjects to be removed without any prior notice and the transaction and other expenses will be paid as a penalty. The website or the gallery is not responsible for any such inconvenience.
The right to sale the uploaded art work solely remains with the website for the initial 6 months. After the period of 6 months the artist has the right to sale the art work. Information regarding the sale must be given immediately.
A signatured authenticity letter has to be sent by the artist which will be delivered to the buyer along with the art work.
The Art work which is uploaded on this website is strictly a possession of the website and can not be uploaded on any other website.
By registration, deposition of annual fee in any form and uploading any content on the website it is directly meant that you completely agree with all the terms and conditions. Signature is not that important factor in this advanced era. Any controversy in this matter is not valid.
By the completion of the whole procedure it is also meant that the art work and the content which has been uploaded on the website is your authentic and sole possession and the information provided is also authentic and genuine. If any controversy arises on this subject the responsibility and all the expenses to reach a legal solution will be solely of the concerned person/artist/organization and not any responsibility and concern of the gallery director or the website director .Website is just an organization to serve you
Condition no.9. and 10. do not apply for the art or profile which is not meant for exhibition and such artists can include their email ID and contact no. in their profile and can change the image in every 3 months.
Any Fashion Designer, Graphic Designer, Animator, Illustrator, Photographer, Actor, Model [ male, female, kids ] Interior Designer, Architect etc. all creative persons can upload their creative profile, and portfolio on our website www.artnheartgallery.com for the purpose of promotion and publicity [ not for sale] They must provide their e-mail ID, and contact no. with profile. They can change portfolio in every 3 months. Condition no. 9. no. 10 no. 11 and no. 15 do not apply on the above mentioned creative people.
For any damages of painting/s, frame/s, sculpture/s, or any artwork/s the gallery is not responsible .
